Shipping

To return your product, you must mail or courier your product to the address, you must return the product at your own expense (unless the product we supplied to you is incorrect or defective, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach within next 5 working days. You are responsible for the product during transit and until it is received at our facility. We accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Refund Policy

Harry Tea does not accept changes of mind after dispatch. However, we do accept returns for faulty or incorrect items. If the return is the result of an error on our part, Harry Tea will cover the return shipping cost. For example, you received the wrong or defective item.

Refunds are usually processed within four weeks of your item being returned to the sender, however, in most cases, refunds will be received sooner. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and undamaged until we receive the product.

Managing your returns online

If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button. We will notify you of your return by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. A 5% restocking fee applies to all stock returned within 7 working days of purchase. No stock will be accepted for credit after 7 working days. This warranty does not apply to returns. Exchanges (if applicable)
